And the story continues...

HEYYYYY. the internet went out in the MIDDLE of our P day. so we get an hour today. I am so sorry!!!

This one is for the people who asked for all the awesome crazy gory details ;)
For example, last night, my companions and I were tired of sitting in a classroom and studying, so we sat outside, looked at the view of the mountains and sang hymns for a good hour :D it was really nice and relaxing.
I saw Elder Jones! He is so awesome. and my COW (crush of the week) from EFY (especially for youth) Elder Christensen. Those were some fun reunions that could only be experienced with a "simple handshake" :D haha missionary rules are cool. and really, they are helpful and I appreciate them.
They have Sunday night films after our Sunday night devotional and we watched "The Character of Christ" which is a talk from Elder David A Bednar. He gave this talk at the MTC in 2009 I think, and he talks about truly being converted and looking outwards instead of inwards. it was incredible and I am so excited to work on that and help other people!!!!! <3 One of my favorite quotes was: "Who cares what you want?! The natural man in you. and He is an enemy to God" which that's probably not a direct quote... but that's my notes from it.. haha
There are 4 beds in our room, but because one of the girls didn't show up, we have an extra one! a few of the Sisters in our branch left for their missions last night, but one of the Sisters is leaving tonight so she came to stay in our room last night :) We all went to the temple this morning!!! it was so good. the Provo temple is BEAUTIFUL and I wanted to spend the rest of the day in there <3
it's really neat to think that my mom used to be around this same area. She saw these same mountains everyday (which are BEAUTIFUL by the way) and I'm just now experiencing them for the first time on my own :) just kind of a cool thought.
everybody's starting school this week!!!! WOO HOO!!!! ;) hahaha I really hope everything goes well and everybody survives! <3 Here's a few quick notes of mine from this week:
-When you know/have your relationship with God, prayer is instinctive.
-On the first Sunday, a ton of missionaries sang "HOLD TO THE ROD" and it was beautiful because that's what we're all here to do. ask people to hold to the rod and be close to their Savior :)
-3 Nephi 5:13 ~ "Behold I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I have been called of him to declare his word among his people, that they might have everlasting life" <3
-Be obedient to the seemingly hard, mundane, or uninteresting things and you will see the beauty of it later
LOVE YOU ALL <3
