Hermana Gibson

"let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier"

This week we saw some sweet, tender-mercy miracles and I can literally
feel the Lord guiding us to where we need to be. We probably should be
way more lost than we are, but we always "somehow" seem to find our way
and find the people in our paths who need us. I'm super grateful to be a
part of this work and I hope to stay worthy enough to receive that

We've been thinking a lot about the Holy Ghost this
week and how to feel His influence and Hermana Gibson reminded me of the
sacredness of our calling. Being set apart missionaries already gives
us an extra bit of the Spirit to help us, and when we work hard to have
the Spirit and be worthy of it, we are able to do so much more! We're
working on feeling the Spirit more, being more exact on our
schedule(without stressing too much), and praying better, both
personally and as companions.

Hermana Gibson is doing great! She
keeps getting thrown little curve balls and she keeps pushing through!
they're little things like stepping into a huge puddle when it's cold
and we just left to go work, coughing up lungs, and big dogs who want to
hug and kiss her but she's allergic and is scared of them. She gets a
little stressed, and who wouldn't? but she's so strong and keeps at it.
I'm so grateful for her prayers and her testimony.

We got to meet with the friend of a recent convert named Maria. Her friend, Stela, is from Bolivia and speaks the language that only they speak! her family owns a produce store and are really humble and love to learn about Christ and what He asks us to do. it was so special when Hermana Maria bore her testimony of the blessings of the gospel and then was able to pray to bless their family!

Just think about the people around you who could be so much happier with just a simple invitation to know more, and please don't hesitate in sharing what you know and serving and working with the missionaries.

I'm not sure I shared this last week but I liked a quote that I believe is from Mother Teresa but Elder Hoolland used in a talk. "let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier" :) lets try to make the world a better place and just love each other. we're all in the same lucha ;)

Much love!
Hermana Hull
