Elder Card

I sick of this!! (no, really, Im sick :( )

So i am getting this email in a little bit late today, but all for good reason. I was up at 4 this morning, and with having gotten to bed about at midnight for the past 3 days, I ended up getting sick. The biginning of today was pretty rough, But a lot has happened since last week. Transfers, Comp going home, Almost having a baptism, lots of dinners, pretty much a lot of stuff. (i think It just feels like we did a lot of stuff because I feel so tierd right now...)

I did get my package finally! we had to go to the mission office for my comp to have his final interview with president, And while I was there I checked the mail, and I had the package! So we watched spirit today, I have had a couple of the 3 musketeers, and have nearly read all the comics that were in there. I miss comic so much! They are so funny! Also they keep me a bit up to date on the presidental election. Apparently Trump has a nice big ego. Glad I dont have to worry about that for now!

Last week was pretty sad as far as the work goes. I was still struggling from the last week, I figured the best thing to do was to wait it out, but despite everything, we almost baptized our investigator rodrigo. If yesterday wasnt fathers day, we would have had the baptism, but he spent the day in the middle of town with his family to celebrate the holiday. but he should be baptized this next week though!

Transfers happened on saturday, and I got my new comp today. (justo the day I get super sick...) But his name is Elder Card (and his first name is Zac! so, Zac Card, and Zaccardi are working together!) Elder Card and I were in the MTC together at the same time, so, itll be cool to get to know him more. We should get along well!

So this week, as soon as I get better, we should be able to get a lot of good work done! I am looking forward to a new transfer, so, let us see what this one will bring out for us!

Keep praying for me, that ill get better, that ill get along with my comp, and That we can get some work done!

Thanks too for everyone that gave me a bit of advice from last week, A lot of times in the moment I cant think straight like that and I loose sight of what is important and what the Lord wants me to do. I will learn to be more pacient.

I am glad everyone is doing well at home! I love and miss you all, but yeah, I hit a year in the mission pretty soon! so, nearly half way, and I sure time will fly by for the next half of the mission!
