La Labor

Elder Mejia

Week 51: A pretty rough week

Dear Family,
This week was kind of strange because we went to Santa Ana twice two days in a row so we didn't achieve our goals for this week which was super disappointing. I got a little bit sick yesterday on Sunday from being so stressed out. we were dying this last week cuz it was so cold but now it got super hot again which made us miss the cold.
I've been reading Isaiah which has been a cool experience. the things that just happen every day or the calamities that occur are all a part of the plan of God and it's all to teach us something.
We're a little surprised at how fast this change has gone and basically the whole mission. I'm getting old with one year in the mission coming up here. I still lack so many things to be the best missionary I can be but I can feel and see the fruits of my labors.
Remember to help everyone that needs it and act without thinking too much about it. We will be the means to bring salvation to the people. I love you all a ton and I hope that you all have a fantastic week!

Here's when we ate crepes like 5 weeks ago.

Taken last week in Santa Ana.
