I hope that you all have had a great week! This letter is coming out a little bit later because in preparation for some meetings we didn't have a chance to email very much, so here I am! This past week was super busy, but not that busy at the same time.
We went on two exchanges this last week. That is mainly because this has been the only free week we have had all transfer and we only actually have two exchanges to do! So I was in Manchester with Elder Crum (who is from Minersville and actually related to the Seely's from Blanding) on Wednesday. We were able to see a handful of miracles on exchanges and find a handful of new people to teach! One of the conversations that stick out to me that we had on exchange, was with a person we found Steven. We started talking to him about his 2002 Impala that he was cleaning up really nice, and we ended up relating the gospel to make it like a car, and it actually worked out really well! We compared it to how a lot of people now days just look on the outward appearance of people and clean it up and make it work well, but if we don't take care of our spiritually insides too, then we are not going to be working to well! Good times.
The second exchange I was down in the Boston area again with Elder Spadafora. He is actually from Green River and he goes home in a week. We had a good time, and I loved being back down where I served for such a long time!
So as far as the clean fest goes, do y'all remember the family that we are teaching that is going to get baptized in about 3 weeks? Probably not, but I don't blame you! But their place is like super messy and such a hard environment to teach in (a lot because of the current health situations), so we volunteered to help them clean up. We did one cleaning fest last week and a second go round today! We filled up like 7 - 55 gallon bags full of trash and donation stuff! Yes it was good to be able to feel accomplished, and yes it is a better place to teach, but we did it really just because we love them so much! They are great!
We had MLC yesterday. Always a blast.
We were able to set another baptismal date this week with somebody we just found named Brandon. The Lord is so great. He works mighty miracles.
What a great time to be alive!
I love you all and I hope that you have a great week!
