Week 62 - First Snow!
Howdy Everybody!
Happy Thanksgiving to all this week! I hope you all a great time eating some good food. We have some good plans coming up for Thanksgiving, but I will let you know how things work out next week!
This week was full of ups and a few downs. One of the really good and fun things was that we got all of the missionaries I mentioned last week! So when I taught District Council this week there was straight 17 missionaries there! That is a lot! But it was so much fun and it is going to be a blast down here on the North Shore with all of them! We had the new Lynnfield missionaries come and move into our apartment. It will be like this until we can find new apartments for both of companionships. It has been such a blast though! And then on the first day of the new Elders moving in, we had our first snow of the year. It wasn't that bad here is Massachusetts, but the rest of the mission got hit pretty good.
My companion was sick for a day or so this week so that was a little bit of a bummer, but you gotta be able to roll with the punches! It has been a great experience starting to take over the other side of the ward. As I mentioned last week, I was to decided which area my companion and I would serve in. I decided to choose the side of the ward that I haven't worked in as much and may be a bit harder, but I am so excited to serve the people over there and see some miracles!
Sorry for the short/lame email, but just know that I am doing great. I love the Lord, and I love serving Him. His love is perfect. I am so grateful for it. I hope you can all feel it, especially during this season of thankfulness. I love you all and I hope you have a great week!
