I hope that you all had a great week! This week was filled with some nice warm days and some cooler days. Fall and Winter are definitely just around the corner!
So this week was a really good week, but one of the highlights would definitely be on Saturday. I was able to give two baptismal interviews. They were both for the Elders in Revere, but for two separate people. I had some really good spiritual experiences with both of them. It was awesome that they were both striving for the truth, and have ended up finding it! I know that change is real in anybody's life. Big or small, change is possible though the Atonement of Jesus Christ. So if you are prompted to change something you are doing, but don't think that it is possible or that it is too hard...you can do it! I have seen some people make big changes in their lives to follow Jesus Christ. Like one of the people that I interviewed is from Africa and she is the only one in her apartment who is working and she is paying for a whole bunch of people to live there and eat and everything. In order to be baptized though, she had to make some changes, and it was awesome to see the testimony of someone who is willing to change.
Well besides some good interviews, we had some good lessons this week! Patricia reset her baptismal date for Sept 29th and then Loretta reset her date for Oct 13! So we are definitely looking forward to those!
The rest of the week consisted of some good time dedicated to good hard work! We went on two exchanges this week. I stayed in my area both times. One was with Elder Wright. He is from Centerville. He is just visa waiting to go down to Ecuador. The other exchange was with Elder Clifford from Syracuse. We had good times and it is good to learn from other missionaries!
For P-Day today we were able to meet up and get some good food for lunch and then go to Nahant to go to the beach! It was an awsome and enjoyable time! I will send some pics of it!
I hope that you have a great week and I love you all!!!
