Hey Everybody!
So this week was great in general, but it got topped off with a crazy ending!
I will start off with a way cool story of finding some people, and then get to the crazy news. So on Sunday we had been driving to church, and then back from church. They were doing road construction on the road that we usually go on, so we had to take a detour. Well there were two men in construction vests standing at the detour sign to make sure that nobody went through. Well after we saw them when we left and then again when we got home, the spirit was telling us to go and talk to them. So we approached them and they were way awesome! They are originally from Alabama, but are living up here in Maine. They really wanted to learn how to follow God more, so we showed them the Book of Mormon. They loved it and they both took a copy! They should be coming to church this Sunday as well!
Some other news is that our mission is going to be a part of what is called the Book of Mormon experience/experiment! Some of you may have heard of it before, but we will be doing that coming up soon. We were scheduled to do it yesterday in Brunswick, but it was raining so we weren't able to. But as miracles will happen as New England reads the Book of Mormon, page by page!
So now onto the crazy news! Transfer calls were last night and Elder Wandry and I were hoping to stay together, but we heard the phone ringing (which means something is up becasue if you are staying then you get a text). It was from President Blair. So long story short, the phone call said that we will both be leaving our area. We will be helping to open up a new zone that has not been in the NHMM before. We know that we will be leaving in a couple of weeks, but besides that, we do not know a whole lot more info! So this is going to be a big adventure! It is going to be a Zone coming from the Boston mission. I do not know who my new companion is, or like any other details than that. One of the crazy parts is that I will be staying in this area for another couple of weeks, but then we are getting transfered like mid-transfer! I don't have to much more information to give, but it is going to be an exciting time and a challenge for sure!
I know that God is a God of miracles. He can work with us through our faith. I know that today is a day of miracles and I am loving that I am able to share the hope and light of the gospel to all that I can! I love you all and I hope that you have a great week!!!
