Week 37 - God's Love
Hello Everybody!
I hope that you all had a great week! This week was another great week serving the Lord!
One fun thing that was last P-Day we went down to what is called Popham Beach/Fort Popham. It is down by the ocean and it is like 45 minutes from where we live. We had the whole district down there too so it was pretty fun. We got to explore some really cool, old military forts. I will attach some pictures.
Something else really cool this week, was that we were finally able to meet with one of our investigators, Joy, that we have tried to meet with for a long time. She started off by saying that she was busy for all of April, and then once May rolled around she got pneumonia. But now she is feeling better and we were able to meet with her!
On one of the nights this week we had a lesson scheduled with one of our investigators, but we got there and they turned out to not be home. So we started to walk back and we saw this guy on his porch. We went over and started talking to him. He is Jamaican and he is a DJ at a beach around here. He said that he has talked with Missionaries in the streets before, but always turned them away. We felt a really strong impression to testify of eternal families and it turns out he has 6 kids, which is like a crazy big family for out here. So it was way cool and we are going to go back and talk to his family some more!
I know that the first eternal truth is that God loves us. I know he is our Heavenly Father and that he wants what is best for us. I have felt that love for myself and I have felt the love he has for other people. Continue to try to recognize the love God has for you and you will always have the joy and peace you need! I love you all and I hope that you all have fantastic weeks! I will talk to you all next week!

3-4: This is the "#AND1 District". It is at Fort Popham and that at DQ after.
5: We helped the BDA move a bunch of boxes full of monopoly games, but with the Brunswick downtown shops on them, and then we got one!
6: Companionship unity! I was the stick holder for everybody to try and climb it hahaha
