Week 35 - Hitting Goals!
Hey everybody!
I am doing well out here in Maine. I hope that you are all doing great as well! The whole spring thing is starting to happen, which is like really nice. We have been doing a lot of street contacting and it is a lot nicer to have it 70 degrees versus 20 degrees haha.
As the title says, we were able to hit some of out goals this week/month! So we set goals as a Zone, District, and companionship every month. We also set goals in companionship every week. The goal that I am talking about is our April goals for our district. We set goals on our key indicators, one of those is new investigators. I won't try and explain much more haha, but pretty much we had 3 more new investigators to find on the last day of the month (Monday). Monday was P-Day so we didn't go out finding until later in the night. We had prayed all day to be able to find some people and then when we went out that night, we were able to do it! We were able to find the last 3 new investigators that night and hit the goal for our district! It was such a miracle and it was awesome that we were able to be tools in The Lord's hand.
Not much else happened this week. We went on exchanges with some Elders and I was in a trio for a day which was kinda fun and interesting. We have been able to do some yard work for people this week because the weather has been so nice, and it is always fun to go out and serve people! We did a couple more booths this week including national Brothers and Sisters day, (as you could see on facebook haha). I do love all of my brothers and sister, especially my siblings! Then we did a booth for National Day of Prayer. Prayers really do make a difference in people's lives and I have seen prayer change my life as well. I am looking forward to Mother's day and I bet I am not the only one! I love you all and I hope that ya'll have a great, fantastic week!
