Transfer 11 (WEEK 6)
HIGHLIGHTS
Hello! This week was super good. We didn't have too many meeting or exchanges or anything going on so we were able to work quite well in our area. We walked all around town. We explored a part of our area in the country that I haven't been to in a while. It snowed almost a foot early on in the week, and by Friday it was almost melted! I found a new favorite place to eat called villanos! It's good cheap italian food. I think I'll be frequenting the place more often! Transfer news is interesting. I'll be staying one more. That means I'll be here for at least 6 months! Fun stuff. I'm happy because there's good work to do! I've become attached to downtown poky! ❤ I'll be getting a new comp on Thursday named Elder O'donly who's been out 6 months or so. Solid week!
SPIRITUAL THOUGHT There is a picture I've attached with a quote from our Prophet President Nelson. It says "Peace can come to ALL who choose to walk in the ways of the master." This gospel is for everyone. The gospel can be a cure to many tumultuous times in our lives. Depression, anger, regret, sadness, anxiety, loss of hope, stress, lack of motivation, and countless more. We should turn to the christ in faith to settle down and feel more peace in our crazy (awesome) lives.
