Hey everyone,
Well this week was awesome. There wasn´t a transfer but yesterday we
were just walking in the street when the APs call saying that Elder
Patrício was transfered which is weird because I have been in the area more
time then him. Anyway because he was transfered he stayed up all night
packing and I was sleeping when AT TWELVE THIRTY IN THE MORNING THESE CRAZY
BRAZILIANS THREW A FIRE WORK IN MY BED AND I WOKE UP THINKING IT WAS WORLD
WAR 3. Man these dudes are crazy.
MY new companion is Elder S. Pinheiro. He is...........wait for
it................just a little more.............a Baihano! So it should be
a great transfer. This week was awesome we had a "natal Branco" (white
Christmas) where the missionaries of the district put all the baptisms for
one day. It was great. We had 6 baptisms here between the missionaries.
Elder Patrício and I baptized Maiana and Luane. They are two girls who are
grandaughters of a inactive that we re-activated. Man they love the church
and their grandma started to go to church again. We found them one day
playing at a recent converts house and we talked with their grandma and
started teaching their family. It was great to see them get baptized.
Welp the week of Christmas is coming up and I´m really excited. We
are going to have a Christmas party here in our branch and also a Christmas
party for the mission. Should be a great week.
We had another pie throwing contest with the youth but it kinda got
outta hand. It was pretty crazy.
