The sister who took the picture is actually a non member! Donna and Nort,
they're a cute old couple. :)
We're teaching some people, they're really busy so it's hard to get in with
them.
I heard that Grant went home. I'm kind of sad he didn't tell me, nor
respond to my email about it... could you get me his home email? He won't
respond lol, I think he just doesn't check his mission email.
Love you!

Hello!
Congratulations on your baptism. A sister that was sitting right behind
you took a picture of you playing the piano and sent it to us.
All of the stake Presidency came to the FDD. They all asked about you at
different times this week and were so happy to hear about your success. I
really like those guys. We had ward conference yesterday. Another brother
asked about you but I have no idea who he is. Ha!
Who are you teaching now? When are the next transfers? Are you liking
Aberdeen? Who is your companion?
Grant Porter was suffering to much from pain so he had to go back home.
He had brain surgery, was home for 6 weeks, wanted to go back out, tried
it for a month or so, but the cold made his pain worse. Poor guy. He is a
super hero to me. I hope he can get that under control.
The Family Discovery Day went perfectly. It was seamless. No problems.
Everyone loved it, the presenters were awesome and the Internet worked.
Yay! I have heard amazing compliments. The keynote speaker and some of the
presenters had said that it was one of the best they had ever been to. Lots
of non-members were there. I am telling you, you should have a little
seminar yourself and invite the community. I could give advice to your
ward and stake Family History consultants. Non-members LOVE genealogy! I
think I had 6 or 7 of them myself that attended.
Dad is harvesting more potatoes, carrots, onions and beets from his
garden. We still have celery too. Nummy!
Well I better get ready to teach. How is the weather? Proud of you!
Love,
Mom
