she's a real life midget! Just like in the movie Elf, she's actually that
short. It's pretty cool! We've been painting her home, and when we washed
out the brushes I got my socks bubblegum pink :)
There's this guy Che (pronounced Chay) that was reactivated about a
year ago, and since has been responsible for half the baptisms in the ward,
and is an incredible member missionary. He continually is doing missionary
work and gives us ideas on how to do missionary work, and they're always
super effective ideas! He's an IT guy, and reminds me of Brother Moore!
Seriously, his mannerisms are pretty similar. :)
My companions are Elder Ripley and Elder Gates, and Elder Ripley looks
very similar to the Payne's. My companions are pretty sweet!
One of the investigators that we have on date for baptism, Desirae,
looks like one of my friends from back home, Mauri. Like, she looks
identical. It's interesting how the people I'm serving around remind me of
people I know back home.
