Re: Happy New Year,

Hahahahahahahahaha yeah it's below -20 standing temperature. A 5 mph breeze
brings that down to -40. :)

That's cool that Ryan and Julia are in Legoland!!!

I'm so glad the choir program went well!!!

I received a card from the Lee's. Nothing yet from the Stake President or
the Jarvis's. :)

Yeah the coat does me well :)

Take pictures of the colored carrots! They must be cool!!!

Yeah, I'm grateful for our mission president. He's not a prune lol :) He
gets things and not being a total worry wart about so many different rules
and such.

Yeah we don't go knocking doors when it's this cold. The Orr's in our ward,
the mom used to work as an airplane director, so she'd be standing outside
in -40 standing temp, watching the pilot finish his cocoa in the heated
plane, while she stood there waiting for him to be done so he could move
and she could go back inside. One of her coworkers threw his baton at the
windshield of the airplane because a pilot was doing that. Her coworker got
fired lol

Yeah we have to stay in unless we have appointments. :)

Love you too!!!

Happy New Year!
The story of the week is your weather. How cold are you? Sidney is in a
deep freeze. Minus 30? It’s 8 AM and it’s 54 degrees here in Mesa.
Tomorrow it will up to 74 degrees.
Ryan and Julia took the kids to Legoland this weekend. Courtney and I took
the kids to the park on Thursday. Then w had ic cream at DQ.
Our choir Christmas program was amazing! It was all music with some
narration. They sang with the Spirit. Darrell Hadder suggested that
Michelle was singing with us. I think Mark Hamelwight was also. It was
something incredible! We did O Holy Night with Gregor doing a solo on the
3rd verse and he did some crazy things with that voice of his. I
accompanied the Lee girls on a piece. People were bawling. It was a
Christmas Day miracle. I think we are going to get some more people to
come. Wish you could have heard it.
President Gary Porter specifically asked about you today as did James
Jarvis. I hope some people from the ward and area sent you a card.
Your coat looks awesome! Must be dong the job.
Dad grew celery, beets and purple, white and orange carrots. So cool! I
gave him purple pepper seeds, purple radishes, purple carrots and more.
How is the teaching going? I am guessing you have to stay inside. It was
so good to see and talk with you. Most other missionaries didn’t get near
the time you did.
Love you! Stay warm! Be smart out there n that weather. Love you!
