I'm going to make the appointment today. I took the Adderall for the first
time today in a while. I'm definitely going to be taking it everyday again.

You can send him a Ukelele chord sheet. Basically a sheet that gives all
chords possible on a Ukelele. He forgot his when he left his last area. :)
I hope it's not too expensive, he said it was like 10 bucks when he got it
a few months ago... But then again everything is expensive here.

If that's too much, any sort of snack or candy works. He doesn't really
prefer anything or dislike anything. He just likes food :) Thank you so
much by the way for doing that for him!!!

What is Courtney seeing a nutritionist for?
