Mission Accomplished!
Wow... I can’t believe this day is here! I will end my mission this Saturday! It has been an amazing experience! I’m so grateful for every second. The good and the bad. It’s all given me so much experience. As this being my last email, I wanted to just share my testimony.
I know for a surety that this church is true. The experiences I’ve had and the spirit that I’ve felt as I’ve been about this work has confirmed to me time after time that this is the restored gospel on the earth today. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. There is a special spirit that we invite when we read from the Book of Mormon. It answers questions of life, gives us direction, and we are able to receive revelation through it. Joseph smith translated it by the gift and power of God. It is the keystone of our religion. I know that Christ suffered for each and every one of us. His Atonement covers absolutely every pain, heartache, sin, anything you can think of that causes us grief, is covered by the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I know we have a loving Father in Heaven who knows about us. Who cares about us. And who wants what’s best for his children. I know that families can be forever. I know that Jesus Christ lives. I testify that he does, and he is at the head of this church. If we will turn to him, he will direct our paths. There is peace to be found as we love the gospel. I promise that you can feel that! If you ever have any questions, or concerns, please let me know. I may be taking off the tag in a few days, but I will never stop being a missionary. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Thank you for the prayers and support. I truly love you all! I’ve loved being a missionary! And I can’t wait to continue that when I get home. I will see you all very soon:)
