Well my email got deleted... so I’ll try to remember what it said haha. This past week involved a lot of what I like to call thee elder Borges farewell tour. We visited a lot of his families that he loved on his mission and we had dinners with them throughout the week. He left on Friday and it was pretty sad to see him go. I had to drop him off at the mission home and it was super weird to think that I’ll be there in a couple transfers! I’ve been spending the last few days with the Rivers Edge elders. It’s been super fun. We had a baptism we went to, set a couple people on date, watched another set of elders baptism, its been a pretty good week. We had to move houses which was pretty rough but it’ll be ok. I’ll send you my new address at the end of the email.
Now I just want to take a minute to talk about how grateful I am for mothers and the women in our lives. This last Sunday, each of the 3 sacrament meetings we went to were very focused on Mother’s and women. Some people focused on the family a proclamation to the world, some people focused on scriptures that talked about women and mothers, but ultimately the focus was the importance of mothers and the women in our lives. It was great. I think we need to be more grateful for our mothers and the women in our lives. I want to take a minute just to say how grateful I am for my mother. I am so grateful for my mom! I would not be here today if it wasn’t for her love and support throughout my life. She is such an amazing example to me! I love you mom!
