Hey everybody!
Well I have been transferred down to Windsor, Colorado and it has been a good week so far. The people here are great and very welcoming. The only downside is I no longer have a car in this area. So we are on foot/bike. But it’s good for us. We get to talk to so many more people. The work is fairly decent here. They just had 5 baptisms before I got here so we have some recent convert lessons we’re doing. We’ve been doing a lot of tracting and contacting and we live with a pretty nice member so it’s going good down here.
On another note, light the world has started! If you don’t know what that is, it is a campaign that the church does to really branch out and serve those around us. There is an activity every day to reach out and bless the lives of others. If you want to check it out, it’s on Mormon.org. What I love about it is it’s not just pushing the church on people. It is simply looking for ways to render Christlike service and bless the lives of those around us. We definitely have the ability to help those around us. So please look for those opportunities!
