TEMPLE WEEK!
Hey Y'all,
This week has been a fantastic one here in the beautiful Hong Kong. This week was a little bit different because we got to got to the Temple which is not a super frequent occurrence for us missionaries. Why? Because we are too busy saving people on this side of the veil! It was amazing though; the temple is such a great place, I wish I could be there more! There is just a great sense of peace there.
Things have been going pretty well here, we are finally figuring out how to be effective as a trio, so things are fantastic! Also, this morning I read a super amazing talk by M. Russell Ballard called "Following Up" (April 2014). It was super good.
One thing that stuck out to me was how he mentioned the book 'Preach my Gospel' and how it is a manual for not just full time missionaries but for every single member of the Church! I remember when I first started the mission I thought Preach My Gospel was kinda boring and that I was too cool for it but, as I've humbled myself enough to really study it I've been able to learn so much. Not just about how to be a missionary but how to be a better disciple of Christ! I hope all of you can take some time to prayerfully study that manual, it's so good! Anyway, hope you ave a fantastic week!

Fun fact 1: One of their investigators got in trouble with the law so they're hoping he doesn't have to go to jail! Eeep!
Fun fact 2: He said they had a small typhoon hit last week-and that when a typhoon is about to hit it gets super hot and humid and "it's like death outside."
Fun fact 3: I guess they went out 'finding' right before though and he said it was super windy. Must have been interesting!
