Just to start it off, my week was absolutely wonderful because me and my companion are still together in Rio Negro!!
1. This week there was a baptism of an 8 year old girl named Aranza. She was so excited to be baptized and asked me to give a talk about baptism at her baptism. I was glad to and gave a quick one and she was so thrilled to be baptized it warmed my little heart.
2. We also decided to cook again even though we usually don't have enough time to. But we made some scrumptious hamburgers with French fries.
3. During my studies this week I was reading in John 21 and came across one of my favorite stories.
15 ¶ So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
I just love this part so much because the true question is if we truly do love the salvador (Savior). Because if we do, we will feed his sheep or love and serve one another unconditionally! I truly know that this is what we must do and I Love my lord and savior Jesus Christ. He lives and loves us all. I hope you all have a wonderful week.
