So the MTC has been good. I'm pretty sure that we are really spoiled here compared to other MTC's. We get super good food and a temple and we can walk outside to the market. It's gonna be a huge difference from here to the field. But I love being able to feel the spirit so strong. On Sunday me and my companion had the priesthood class lesson and I felt the spirit the strongest I've ever felt. I started crying and it was weird because I’ve never cried purely because of the spirit. It wasn't a sad story or anything. All it was was my testimony that "Happiness in family life is most likely to be achieved when founded upon the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ" - The Family: A Proclamation to the World. So that was weird but an awesome feeling. Sundays are my favorite day by far. P-day is nice to because I can talk to family and go to the Temple. But Sundays I just feel the spirit so much. Tagalog is crazy. It’s coming along pretty well. I can pretty much give a crappy lesson in full Tagalog but it’s hard to not be able to say everything you want. The way you conjugate in Tagalog makes some weird words. For example, "you go down the stairs" is said ba ba ba po ba kayo. or you could even just say it ba ba ba ba. haha I thought that was funny. There are also words like aalaalaman and yes all those a's are supposed to be there. But yeah it’s going good there are so many awesome loving people here. One of the senior missionaries that just left for the field is like 24 and is the chief of his village in samoa. He taught me how to do tribal art so Im gonna get good at that.
Love you all
