Hey everyone!! This week was great! A lot of the same ol really but I will put some pictures if you want to skip to the bottom.
Okay honestly nothing much except we were able to drive down to a little town called Eunice on Saturday and visit some people. It was really cool to see the Lord's hand in His work- we met like 3 new people and had a really cool lesson with this guy who was the roommate of who we were actually trying to visit!!
This week I was reading in Mark 10: 43-44.
v. 43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:
v. 44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.
We have such a great opportunity while we're here on this earth to serve others, this is why Jesus Chirst was the best and perfect. He served his whole life.
In D & C 122: 8
v 8 The Son of Man hath descended below them all. Art thou greater than He?
Obviously we can't be perfect like Jesus, but I think it's important to remember Him always and try to show gratitude for His sacrifice for us by serving others and lifting others up. Sometimes lifting them higher than ourselves, I promise this is what Christ did for every single one of you!
