So my companion and I needed to find ways to save time on our email list. This is an idea I stole from one of my companions who did this about a year ago. Hopefully you can red my handwriting (Mom typed this out).
So first things first, I'm getting transferred to the BIG CITY of Concepcion. I'm going to the ward Laguna Redenda. I'm going to be a zone leader there. Yayyyyy! But it's going to be a good change up from suburb city to the real city life. I'm really, really excited. I've heard that it rains a lot more in Conce so that'll also be a huge change.
In the news this week we lost the person that was supposed to be baptized. He smoked and decided that it was too hard to be a member. Completely turned around. We tried to postpone his baptism but he said he didn't want to get baptized. We'll see about him later.
Today we also went to some appointments with a returned missionary. His name is Isaac and he's awesome. His family is from Ecuador and he served his mission there too. We were knocking doors before an appointment an we found a kid who said he was Atheist. All of us were talking and Isaac asked if we would share the first lesson. He said yes and we shared the first lesson. It was such an experience with three of us missionaries (2 current and 1 returned). It is super awesome. By the end of the first lesson he believed in God and wanted to learn more. We also set a return appointment. It was so cool and a great lesson.
I'm excited to start my last 3 transfers in Concepcion. this transfer is the last of President Catala and then we're going to be with President Richter. It's going to be different but I'm not sure how different but it'll be so awesome.
It's getting super cold and I'm getting super cold but don't worry about it. I'll buy some winter clothes. But it's a bit warmer in Conce so I'm excited.
Love you guys. Have a great Memorial Day.
