Elder Jones and Elder Todd

Hola everyone! So, I found out what was going on with me. President Cowan called me last week and told me I will be opening and blanking an area called La Espanola. But they don’t have the house yet. Haha! So right now I am in a trio with Elder Jones (my son) and he is training Elder Todd who is his son and my grandson. Haha! So, we are a little family here. Right now I am in area called Villa Olga waiting for the office to get a house in La Espanola. But it’s been good here. I am in the nicest house in the area and they have hot water so that’s awesome. And I do know who will be my comp in La Espanola. His name is Elder Cresswell. He is from Utah and has about 12 weeks in the mission field. But right now he is in a trio with some other missionaries. So I am in the zone Santiago Este and I love it here. It’s the same zone where I started my mission in Gurabo. I have a ton of cool people in my zone so I am excited about that. But yeah, just waiting for the house. Haha! Oh, so President wants us to talk to 20 people every day, but like new people. So one thing we have been doing is we have been buying 20 mints, which is like a peso every mint, so we can see if we talked to 20 new people. It’s actually super fun. So, if we have 2 mints left we know we talked to 18 people. I love the mission. I know God has a plan for me and I am excited to open up an area.
