Elder Kurtis Ballard

Verily, Verily, I Say Unto You

So this week was crazy because Pierre has gone missing and has resurfaced in a matter of days.

Elder Ballard and I visited Pierre a lot last week. But this week he was in the hospital. He's so sick and he wasn't answering his home. We really thought he had died.

But we finally got a hold of him. He's fine but we had to push his baptism back to later in Février (February)
because he missed Church.

But this week was still good. Elder Griffin (my MTC comp) and I went on exchanges this last week. So at first I had nerves because we are both new French speakers but we ended up doing really well and teaching 3 Leçons un Français! And they went really well!

Here's a picture from exchanges and some other scenic photos I took.

I know this email is short, I got distracted for the first part of email. [Marnie: He was chatting with David on Hangouts.]

I love you all and I hope everyone is doing good.

I love when everyone writes. Hearing from you makes my week.

It's been hard out here sometimes because I often am thinking of home or of trucks and music but I know the Lord is blessing your lives and mine as well. It's all worth it, I know it is. I pray for you all the time. Stay awesome everybody.

Bon Courage
Love,
Elder Casady
