So this week was really cool. It started off Monday we went to these ruins in Trinité. I've been there before and I've sent photos in the past. This time all the Elders in the zone went into these dungeons where they used to punish the slaves. It was awful. They were so tiny and so dark--we were all in this little one. The sisters locked the door and left so we all started to panic but eventually we got out. It really really is awful how people were in those rooms on a regular basis. Slavery is disgusting.
But on a happy note, we set a baptismal date with Stephane for next month. It was a great lesson. I'm really happy for Stephane.
Thursday we had zone conference and we talked a lot about member missionary work. Members really are the key to having success as a missionary. I'm so grateful for the members here and for President Herrington.
Love you all have a great week,
