Letter 51
Hey everyone,
Another week in the office and it was pretty nice. My comp is in charge of checking all the rooms of the missionaries in the entire mission. So, since I'm his comp, I get to go with him. It's actually been pretty cool because I've been getting to see the whole mission and all of the places I've never been. Like this week, we went to Tumbes, which is on the border of Ecuador. There's literally a sign that says welcome to Ecuador at the north part of Tumbes. It's also like 6 hours away from the rest of the mission. So, we had to take a 6 hour bus ride there and back, but it's cool because Tumbes is along the beach. It's got like a California kind of vibe, but like a poor Peruvian version. It was cool. Oher than that, nothing new.
We are working with two girls towards baptism. Their names are Britney and Katerine. They are super smart. They literally study from 7 in the morning till 9 at night during the week. They are so smart it's crazy. They understand everything we teach them perfectly. That kind of understanding came a lot slower in my old area. So,they are progressing pretty well right now. I'll keep you updated on them.
