Look Ma, I got me a gator!
This week was good. We talked to a lot of people yesterday. I ate so many yellow yams. I love yams so much!
This Wednesday we are going up to Montego Bay for a Zone Conference. That’s up on the North Coast.
I have been trying to study more for individual and specific investigators. It has helped in the lessons because even if I don’t use what I prepared, it brings greater peace of mind during the lesson.
We met this guy one night on our way home who told us he was the reincarnated John the Baptist. He literally tried to tell us the ENTIRE story of the Bible, but we cut him short. He seemed fully competent, but he was a few fruit loops short of a breakfast.
I have really been loving the Teachings of the Prophets about Gordon B. Hinckley. I read the section on optimism and it really changed my day around.
The Church is true, the book is blue, and I’m a Mormon!
