Probably coming to an end
Sup you guys, sorry for not writing in a while, been pretty busy lately. Lots has happened since I wrote last, I don't remember it all but I'll share some things
I think I'm a little over 6 months as a missionary now? Idk honestly I haven't been keeping track. But we're on the last week of the transfer now and my trainee is probably super happy because I'm probably gonna leave, I find out next Saturday but I love this place. Farida and Edwin were baptized this weekend! They are so amazing and in so thankful I've been able to work with them. It's so cool to see the changes the restored gospel makes in people's lives, it's truly a blessing to be doing this work. We have another Edwin getting baptized this week so hopefully he does, we have a few others who could make it this Saturday so we're gonna push them a little to make it. Lots more has happened but I gotta go so I'll let you know next week!
My spiritual thought for the week comes from Alma 36:3, "3 And now, O my son Helaman, behold, thou art in thy youth, and therefore, I beseech of thee that thou wilt hear my words and learn of me; for I do know that whosoever shall put their trust in God shall be supported in their trials, and their troubles, and their afflictions, and shall be lifted up at the last day."
I truly know that as we trust in our God, he WILL support us in whatever we may be going through. He will never leave your side. I know that he loves all of you and he is just beckoning you to come unto him so he can help you. I invite you guys to each and every day think of 1 more way you can be like the savior, I promise you as you do this your happiness will increase, your influence for good on those around you will increase, and you will have a greater capacity to feel and recognize the spirit.
