Merry Christmas!!
This email is gonna be short and sweet. Because (just in case you missed it) ITS CHRISTMAS!!!
I love the Christmas season, because it gives me time to focus on what matters most in my life. Being a missionary, its definitely a different feeling but at the same time it isn't. On the inside, I can still feel that peace that Jesus Christ brings. I can still feel the warmth (and that's not just because its still like 90 degrees here) of the knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I can still feel the love of my family on both sides of the veil.
The feelings of Christmas are feelings that we can always feel, as long as we remember Him. We have the promise through the Sacrament that if we remember Him we will have His Spirit. So live His gospel, and obtain His peace, for He is the Prince of Peace. Take time to remember Him. Invite others into His fold that they may also "be partakers of this heavenly gift." This is my prayer for all this Christmas, and I send my love. In His sacred name, Jesus Christ, amen.
