Walking

Hi Y'all,
It has been a pretty quick week! My companion is doing a lot better now, and he won't have to get a cast! This week we weren't able to do a whole lot of visiting investigators because they all live like 5 miles away and we are walking now because he can't ride a bike with his arm. Oh well. One of the coolest parts of the week was helping out with the Mormon Helping Hands again! We were mainly cutting up downed trees and moving them, but when we arrived and started talking to an elderly couple who had some trees down they told us that they didn't have water to their house right then because a dog had gotten under there and broken some pipes. Luckily I am a skinny little dude, so I was able to shimmy my way under the house and repair/replace the broken pvc pipe and restored water to their home. I include this because I realized that everything we learn in our lives can and will be used for the Lords work if we let it. I know that we all go through things for a reason and that when we let our challenges shape us we will become stronger. I love it out here in Georgia and love the warm weather.... It's still in the 80's most days. That's pretty much the general vibe of my week.

with love,

Trent
