Noah and the ark (week 73)

Well we had a decent week. This week we called one of the names on our phone list. His name is Noah. We taught him 3 times this week! He is so cool. We taught him about the Book of Mormon on Saturday and when we got finished he was staring at the book. I asked him if everything was okay and he said "everything is complete now, I've been looking for the truth for so long. Where have you guys been for all this time I’ve been looking?" It was for sure one of the coolest experiences while being here. I'm not sure what it is about this area. I've been struggling to find new people and keep my numbers up so president isn't on my back. I’ve been feeling down because I’m not having baptisms like I should be. The three I have baptized in this area are probably the strongest converts so far and teaching all of them has been such a cool experience.

Also this week we extended a baptism date with Nana's family his wife Rita and the two kids Lawrence and Adwoa. I was so nervous to do it and Cook was too so he made me do it. We had a really good lesson about baptism and holy ghost so once they understood it I just popped the question and they all accepted!! We set the date for February 1 with them. We might move it back one week so it will probably be the 8 actually. It was a pretty good week.

We will have zone conference tomorrow and then interviews with president on Wednesday. Then on Thursday we are going to the temple and meeting Stevo and Akpene there to do baptisms!! It will be so cool!

I hope everyone has a good week. Also they finally sell mountain dew here so I have been going crazy on those this week! I also got a new tag so I took a picture to show the difference in the one I wear everyday and a brand new one. There is also a picture of cleaning your car off here in the winter verses there in Utah.
