Week I can’t remember what number anymore! (71)

Hey everyone,

Well, we had an okay week. It really sucked most the week. We are still struggling to find new people to teach here; but we went on exchange with the zone leaders this week on Friday. That sucked because literally every appointment fell through so I was trying to find a backup for all the backups. We ended up contacting all day and only one of them would answer the call. He's a taxi driver so he's always busy but we will keep trying.

We did end up meeting Nana’s wife this week and the whole family came to church yesterday!!! I was so happy!! There was Nana, his wife and then their 4 kids. They all loved it! The kids all loved primary! They got the Book of Mormon stories book and have started reading it. We taught the whole family yesterday after church as well.

Another cool thing that happened this week is brother Tetteh that I was serving with here in Tema for a bit has gotten his mission call. He can go and finish his mission. He’s going to the Kumasi mission and he will serve there til December. I remember him calling me on Thursday night. He was so fed up with everything. He called president Keyes and told him he was going home so he could just start life again. He then started registering for BYU pathways. The next night he called and said that his call came and just like that he had the spirit again. He came yesterday to get set apart by the stake president and now he has been with us for all of yesterday and most of today. He will leave tomorrow morning at 9. I was so excited for him!! He's so happy he gets to go back and finish his mission!
That’s all I can think of.

Love you all,
Elder Orton
Ps. I finally got a hair cut, a dinner appointment with the Tema 1 elders and then i found some mtn dew!
