Week 80: just another day in Kyoto

It's been a while, so I'll try to include a couple of interesting things that have happened over the last little bit.

-Another companion has come and gone. Elder Sato is now my 3rd companion that I've sent home. He finished his mission last week on Thursday, and my new companion Elder Hoopes came down from the Osaka north zone. Elder Hoopes is a 15th transfer. This is probably his last transfer, and I'm probably his last companion. He's great, and we're going to have a great time.

-A little bit ago we got a call from some missionaries in Korea. One of their investigators is moving down to our area this week, so they wanted to send us his information in order for ust to be able to contact him. We were able to Skype in on a lesson with the Elders in Korea. In that lesson we were able to set him up with a baptismal date for the end of this month. We're very excited to meet him and help him along the path to God.

- We were visiting some people after church with one of our amazing members. He was driving us around to various places, but the pin on the map for one of the houses was a little bit off. So, we got out of the car and asked the first people that we saw if they could help us find the address. As we were working to find the house together, we talked with them and were able to tell them about what we do as missionaries. They were interested, and we were able to exchange contact information. All it takes is to open your mouth and speak to someone!

Well, there was a lot else that happened, but I'm running out of time. Talk to all of you later. Love you.

God bless.
All the best.
Ttyl, in a bit!

With best regards,
