There's not a whole lot I want to write today so I'll keep it short. This week was full of some people with stiff necks.
Me and my comp got insanely lost in the bush on the way to an appointment and it was pretty sick. There's a nation wide strike (I don't know why) and people are blocking all entry ways to roads. This one dude didn't have money to pay the entrance fee so bro pulled a flounder out of his backpack and the people accepted it😹.Â
Gloria, our golden girl, told us that she is not married 😪, so she will not be getting baptized next week. So lame. But we were able to put 2 of our other friends on date this week who are both member referrals. Tooth for a tooth. I'm sad though because I might not be here to witness them. Oh well. This isn't my work.
This one day was sooooo tough. One of the toughest days in my mission. So much rejection and I felt pretty discouraged. I'm really glad my Heavenly Father was there that night as I said my prayers to give me a nice pick me up. Prayer really is a 2 way communication with our loving Heavenly Father. I've really come to find that out since I've been in Bolivia.
"If you accept the revalations, you must accept the revalator."- Gordon b Hinkley. I've been trying to grow my testimony on Joseph Smith and I think that quote did it for me. Let that sink in. I love you guys.
