It's been great recently. I've been eating acai a lot and also lots of bread wirh cheese. One of these days I'm going to break open the chickfila sauce that I brought but we'll put a pin in that for now.
I went on a very respectful exchange with my good friend Elder Norton. He has a very good heart and great values. We walked probably 9 miles that day throwing rocks at dogs and getting hugged by lots of little kids. We also showed up to a house that his comp had put in without confirming so we had this lesson with an inactive family and this guy had some maaajor questions. I won't get into what they were but me and Norton actually killed it and with the help of the spirit we were able to answer all of them.
I then went to ventura mall which is bigger than Scottsdale fashion Square. It was huge and I ate lots of acai and sbarros pizza.
We had some very cool lessons this week. The work has been going good and our people are progressing. I love being a missionary. I wouldn't trade these experiences and the knowledge I'm receiving for anything. I'm so excited to go home and live my life so much differently than before. Completely in line with the will of Jesus Christ.
We had a transfer news call and my guy is getting booted which sucks because we were just getting close but it's also so hype because I'm getting a homie who really wants to work and is really going to buy in. It's going to be hype.
Mosiah 23:21-24Nevertheless the Lord seeth fit to chasten his people; yea, he trieth their patience and their faith. 22 Nevertheless—whosoever putteth his trust in him the same shall be lifted up at the last day. Yea, and thus it was with this people. 23 For behold, I will show unto you that they were brought into bondage, and none could deliver them but the Lord their God, yea, even the God of Abraham and Isaac and of Jacob. 24 And it came to pass that he did deliver them, and he did show forth his mighty power unto them, and great were their rejoicings.
