This past weekend was one I will never forget, it has been one of the lowest points of my mission. My new comp doesn't want to be here, his parents pretty much forced him to go. He doesn't want to work and cusses all the time. Early Sunday morning about 2:30 I was awakened by something, as I looked up a darkness began to fill the room, I yelled for my companion. When he woke up he started screaming. I dropped to my knees and said a prayer but the room continued to darken, it was sucking the light from the room. I have never seen such blackness. I ran to get the other missionaries that share the pension with us. When they opened the door, they seen it as well. We blessed the pension and by the authority of the priesthood it left. We are all a little shaken up but we are very grateful for the power of the priesthood. It just goes to show, it doesn't matter where you are or what you are doing, you are always susceptible to the adversary.
