So this week we had a powerful earthquake. It was a 7.2 here and by the number it seems like it would be big and powerful but it really wasn't. It just woke us up and moved our beds. The cool thing was that the mission president called all of the missionaries in Arica and told us to sleep in our p day clothes and our plaques in case of a tsunami. So elder Voelkel and I were in an intercambio and we had a car driving really fast by a crosswalk so I stopped to wait and so did Voelkel, but he moved his foot..... The car slammed on its brakes and got rear ended. It was a really dumb move by him. Also as we were walking back to the pension after a meeting in the church i was helping Elder Robinson move something and I walked into a pole and got a black
eye. I am like the joke of the zone right now with my eye. Everyone just sits there and laughs at me
