Subject: Second week with a Mexican
So this week was normal. So president was in Iquique and we had our entrovistas with him and president told me something I wasn't expecting. When I sat down he said I want to talk to you about your sector and I immediately got down because I knew
that I have been doing my best and working my hardest in it but nobody is getting baptized but he said that he was going to shut down my sector but when he saw my picture to assign me to an area he decided I needed to go there. He said that he could see that I have hope for this sector when it has been the least successful sector in the entire mission. But we were going to have a baptism yesterday and the kid that was supposed to be baptized came and everything was ready. Then a ward member said that he doesn't believe in god because of some comment or something that he made and they told us we couldn't baptize him. We talked to him and he had another entrovista with our zone leader and everything was perfect but the ward wouldn't let us baptize so me and my comp are really really frustrated and it honestly a little hard to work now but we are still doing our best. Its just sad that sometimes we have people in the church are fighting against the missionaries when we are just trying to help people receive the kingdom of God
