I hope yall have had a bomb week!! This week has been pretty good! Pretty sure my legs are gonna get jacked from all the biking we've been doing #blessingsofbiking #imissthetruckthough
We have had soms good things go on this week. Tuesday we had a lesson with Rachel. She's agnostic, but her daughter is a member and has decided she wants to really learn more. Well, it started off super rough cause she just kept bringing up questions about if there was a God then why would bad rhings happen and some other stuff, and it got pretty contentious for a quick sec, but we were able to bring it back to the basics. We testified to her about faith and how there are things that we wont always understand, but God sees the picture and everything is in His hands. We told her that if she starts focusing on getting the important questions answeres, like whether or not God is there or if the Book of Mormon is true. We promised her if she focused on getting those answers through prayer that everything else would fall in place. The Spirit was definitely strong and the lesson definitely ended on a high note.
We also met with Ken and Felda which went pretty good. Ken likes to go off on some tangents but we were able to bring it all back and have a good lesson of reading the Book of Mormon with them. We also did some service on Saturday cutting some rose bushes #survivedthethorns #barely
We also had interviews with President Ward and they went pretty good!!
Oh and we were able to have dinner with the Cline's this week, who lived in my home ward a few years ago so that was fun!!
Other than that not a whole lot has happened this week!! Justgood ole missionary work! I definitely love being out here and cant wait for the rest of the transfer here in Chico!! I love amd miss all of yall and hope yall have a fantastic week!!
