Republic/Grand Forks week 4

It's been a wild week! Unfortunately it has had some hard times but we are still pushing strong! I had the opportunity to be on exchanges with Elder Petersen, who is from Alaska, which was super sweet! We woke up and for our morning work out we went on a hike. And to use our morning time right we brought breakfast (a can of peaches) and did our studies up top! On the way down we were able to slide on some partially packed snow!
Also this week E. Farrell went into a ditch of snow and while we were digging out 2 teenage girls pulled up in their pick up and pulled us out haha!
One of my favorite things about my mission has been seeing the small, simple miracles. For example, we went to the gas station and luckily the card wasn't working at the pump so we went in and while we were waiting we met a lady who seemed to really be struggling. We offered our help and instinctively she said "No!" but then she said "wait, can I get your number." You could see her wrestling the spirit inside! So cool!

Love y'all,
Elder Russell Belnap
