Week 91 Missionary Email

Hello everyone!!

2 more baptisms and transfer news has come, and we are going into another transfer in El Pinar!

The Kids: This week we baptized an 8-year-old brother of a recent convert and a 9-year-old daughter of a member who was blessed as a baby, but not baptized yet. This wraps up the 8 baptisms we've had in total this transfer, which is by far the most I've had in any area. We have been very blessed.

Transfer news: My time with Élder Urgilez has sadly now come to an end. We had some tough times this transfer, but we still baptized a lot of people and had a great time. Now, it's gringo time with Élder Bidstrup from Idaho.

Every Effort: In this transfer, I have had the opportunity to go to many different areas to see how people work and what things work in other areas. I have seen a companion lose his mother. I have also baptized a ton of people. Overall, I have learned a ton this transfer. However, there has been an overarching theme. I have learned that any effort and every effort in the work of the Lord means a lot to our Father in Heaven. Sometimes, some people have to sacrifice a lot just to keep working. Sometimes, there is not a whole lot of ready people in your area, and you have to keep working anyways. But through all the highs and lows, the Lord just asks you to do your best and always remember Him.
