Be firm in the right path

October 29

There’s a lot of times where I can see how people change. Like there was this family that the first time we taught them the dad talked but didn’t look at us, wasn’t engaged, and now when we come over he gets super excited, gets really engaged in lessons, its cool. And seeing how much people open up when they feel the spirit. that happens quite a bit and its so cool being able to see that. I love these people more and more every second. We said bye today to my zone leader Elder Saulls. He left to the offices to go home today. He’s a stud.

We had stake conference Sunday (three of the six Sundays in the field have been something related to a conference where I haven’t had normal church), it was really cool. I’m starting to understand people more. Which has been the hardest part with the language. We had interviews with president and its cool. I didn’t think I was struggling but things he says just like helped me a ton, and realized places where I am struggling, mainly knowing what to say and when, and how to help. It was cool.

We need to be firm in the right path. Life will always have hard times.
