Elder Marshall

Transfer Week

This week was awesome. We had 3 baptism this Satuday! 2 for the Romanian Branch and 1 for the Russian Branch. My old companion, Elder Rybitskyi, who is leaving this next week found a girl a couple months ago and she was just baptized. He was super excited to end his mission off well. Cristina was also baptized, which was super cool. I was super excited and she was really nervous, but by the end she felt calm and peace. Elder Smith, my companion when we were teaching her, baptized her. Radu a super awesome guy Elder Sewell (my mtc mate) has been teaching. He was found through english classes and is just a stud. He made a lot of cool food for his own baptism. Prosciutto with Honeydew mellon, Cherry tomato basil kebab with mozzarella cheese, and an awesome meet and mushroom crepe. He is great and his testimony was super cool. He said, "Everyone has been asking me lately if I'm nervous, but I keep telling them why should I be. It is just the first step, and I have studied this a lot and thought about it a lot. By reading the Book of Mormon and praying I have come to the answer that it is true and so why should I be nervous. I'm more nervous to finish the food right now before we start haha." It has been awesome just talking with him and being friends and seeing him progress as Elder Sewell with Elder Gailey taught him and now with Elder Smith.
I will have a lot of pictures with everyone, but I just have to wait to get them. I got this one early though.
Love you all!
Elder Francis
