Elder Ferrufino

Mission Week 90

May 6, 2019

Crazy week lemme tell ya! This whole week was election week for Panama and no one wanted to receive us. We didn`t have much luck finding new investigators, but we were able to settle everything well with our two progressing investigators, Daniela and Eduardo, Jr. Daniela is really awesome and has a desire to get baptized and read The Book of Mormon. She has two attendances to church and she getting herself ready day after day! Eduardo, Jr. is thirteen and a little timid, but he came to church and has gone to two baptismal services. he just needs a little bit more time and he will be baptized :) However, this might blow your minds, but I won`t be able to continue teaching these two people anymore; I got transferred. I am here in Tocumen again and I am in the Cabuya area. But guess what?! I`ll be a zone leader here! I guess I`m being trusted with great responsibilities from the Lord! It will be good to learn and have new experiences as a leader; I know the Lord has a purpose for all things. He knows the precise moments for all things! :)

So my companion is named Elder Ferrufino from Honduras. He`s pretty cool and we get along well. It will definitely be a rewarding transfer with loves of spiritual learning! It`s sad that I had to leave La Arena, but the best is that the Lord calls whom He qualifies.

FRICKKKKKKK!!!!!! I`m turning 21 tomorrow! That`s wack! Haha here`s to another year completed of my life ;) I honestly don`t feel like I`m 21 at all. Maybe we`ll just say that I`m 18 years old every year until I`m 30! It`s probably better this way ;)

Well, I love ya`ll and hope that you go and eat cake without me again (haha just kidding Mom) ;) But seriously, celebrate my birthday by doing something good for someone! You might make someone`s day :)

Until next week,
Elder Overall

PS- I`m sure 2 should be fine for calling you guys on Sunday, but if not I will notify you all on Sunday.

My comp is the one with the selfie, the family is a family we ate dinner with, and the other was me and Elder Tenney (Elder Bivings in the back), because the former is going back to Mesa, Arizona
