Mission Week 22, Tocumen, Panama

Querido Familia!

Thanks for finally writing me! I was seriously worried for that! haha I´m just kidding don´t worry about it! No hay una problema conmigo! This week started off very interesting and I´m not exactly sure how to say this, but I went to the hospital on Tuesday :( I woke up in the morning at 1:30 with unexpected pain in my lower side area. At first I thought it was an appendicidis problem so I asked permission to go to the hospital. Thankfully, it wasn´t my appendix, but it was a problem with my right kidney. There shouldn´t be any major problems, I just have to eat better than i have been. So don´t worry about anything, I feel any pain now! As the Beejees said, Î will survive! Anyways, because i was stuck in the house all of Tuesday, we weren´t able to find new people for the week. However, my companion and I did everything possible to get as much as we could accomplished. And to add to that, we had some spiritual experiences this week that again reaffirmed my faith in the Christ! On saturday, we had a return appointment with a new family and there was a man that was we hadn´t met before. we started teaching him and he was so receptive to the truth that he asked us, Where can I find this church of yours? I would like to attend tomorrow; ya know God is always first right? I felt so happy for this man and I´m so excited for this afternoon when we meet with him and share the Book of Mormon! i can just see joy that the Restored Gospel can give to this man and his family! Also, another experience that we had was we visited a family that we found a few weeks ago. But, what we didn´t realize was that the mom and her sister were baptized many years ago with their parents. We went back the next day and we bore witness that there are no coincidences with God! We know that He wants you to return! Thier kids are not baptized andwe hope that they can be ready for the end of this month! speaking of baptism, my companion and I had a baptism on Monday! Her name is Ana and she has ten years old! We know that if she grows strong in the Gospel she will one day be a learder in the ward, stake, or of the whole church! That is the testimony that I have of children who are baptized!

Well, that is pretty much it, other than the fact that tomorrow marks five months that I´ve been in the mission! It´s crazy how time is flyyyyyyyyiiinnngggg! I was actually thinking the other day, but it´s only two more transfers until I Skype you again haha! So it´s pretty soon XD! Oh yeah, HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAMMY!!!!!! Hope ya have the best day yet! Your Roadrunner is wishing you grand birthday!
