hahah sorry accidentally sent it,
Anyways, today my dad told me that my emails were lacking in some content but to be honest I'm not really sure what you all would like to see out of these emails soooo if you have any suggestions please let me know.
This week was super spiritually filling. We had interviews with our mission president which i always look forward to because i learn sooo much from him. And even after the interview we all played "Secret Hitler" with him which was hilarious. And then to top it all off we got to end the week we got to listen from our beloved prophets. I learned sooo much from this general conference especially about humility. I am so grateful for the Holy Ghost and the truths that it testifies in our hearts and in our minds.
This was another week of goodbyes which has seemed to be the theme of serving a mission but it still sucks. Two Elders that I really enjoy serving around, Elders Bishop and Ballard, leave tomorrow because of transfers. Elder Ballard is actually going home. I have learned a lot from Elder Ballard and really look up to him as a missionary. He taught me the importance of writing in a journal. In case none of you write in a journal, I challenge you to start today! I have already learned so much from writing my thoughts and impressions down when I feel them.
This week we helped someone put in a gravestone that weighed 600 lbs which was incredibly heavy. And then just 2 days later we went to another funeral where we had the opportunity of being pallbearers and then had to fill the grave back in with shovels. There is a lot of death and poverty and trials here on the reservation and it honestly feels like a different country. I have learned a lot about humility and turning to God when you have nothing.
I hope you all have a good week and watch general conference if you didn't get the chance.
Sincerely,Elder Bell
