Fun news! Elder Christofferson is coming and speaking to the Santa Cruz missions on Monday, so p-day's early. All the missionaries in Beni are all going to fly down to Santa Cruz together so that should be exciting!
This really old guy taught us how to make and use huge fishing nets. I felt like Peter James and John.
I was on an exchange with Elder Welch this week, and we stumbled upon one of their investigadores, Keila, in a street market. She sells fruit smoothies. We got talking, and next thing you know she's breaking into tears telling us that she can't be forgiven for her sins. There's too many.
As we sat there sharing scripture after scripture, and testimony after testimony, the spirit worked it's magic. It was surreal sitting there in a very crowded street market at night time. Many people all around us, many probably very confused. Lots of music and craziness. Yet here we are feeling the Spirit of Christ testify of His atonement. Bubbled in "the peace of God, which passeth all understanding."
God is so real. Him and His Son love us so much. Keila is going to be baptized on June 4th!
