Why did the chicken cross the road?
Ok so on the way home today my moto taxi totally obliterated this chicken. We'll never know why the poor thing was crossing the road...
That was probably the most email worthy thing that happened this week. It was a surprisingly normal week, which is not normal. We worked hard and made some good progression with some families we're teaching! One of them is the Languidey family. They have such amazing faith, and have started reading the Book of Mormon every night as a family. They already know so much, but felt like they needed to know everything before they committed to baptism.
We shared John 14:26 and Moroni 10:5 with them. The Holy Ghost is not only The Comforter, but will teach us all things. When we receive the gift of the Holy Ghost we are receiving the greatest Teacher. I know that the Spirit anxiously desires to comfort us, guide us, and help us in our quest to seek and learn more truth. As long as we are striving to keep our covenants with God, we have a right to this power. I challenge y'all to think about what ways can you better invite the Spirit to help you learn more truth. Praying is a good start!
